Description

Commercial refrigerators for storing fish

The RKS600 is specially designed for optimal storage of fresh fish and other seafood. The cooler is made of high-quality 304-grade stainless steel for commercial use. The internal cooling components are specially coated to resist corrosion caused by ammonia released by the fish during storage. The unit comes with 7 fish trays (600 x 400 mm). For proper storage of fresh fish, you must fill the trays with crushed ice to maintain freshness and moisture levels.
