The UD Uni-Drawer is equipped with a smart system that allows you to switch between refrigeration and freezing with the simple push of a button. It is ideal for compact, professional kitchens where space needs to be utilized to the fullest. Each module provides precise temperature control and can be set from -22 to -18 °C for freezing or +2 to +8 °C for refrigeration.

The drawer is designed for GN containers with a depth of up to 150 mm, but can also be used without Gastronorm containers. The reinforced top panel can support heavy kitchen equipment, such as deep fryers and ovens, and turns valuable counter space into an additional work surface.
