Blast Chiller 3x GN 2/3
The Arktic Blast Chiller 3x GN 2/3 is a compact unit perfectly suited for small-scale food service locations, restaurants and ice cream parlors.
It is designed to quickly chill or freeze prepared food, pastries, desserts, fish or ice cream.
The unit has an outer and an inner stainless steel chamber and a galvanized steel base. The inner chamber has rounded corners for easy cleaning and three stainless steel guides suitable for GN 2/3. In addition, the unit has 60 mm polyurethane insulation.
It also has a front panel with electronic control and display, making it easy to operate the unit. For easy cleaning and maintenance, you can easily access the condenser. It is also easy to remove the drip tray.
The distance between the guides is 68 mm and the unit has a fan for cooling.
