Handling of chilled food
THERMOBOX® S
- The food must be cooled to the correct temperature before loading.
- Place the box in the cold room well before loading.
- The cooling plate must be completely frozen.
- Load the box with food and cooling plate in cooled
space (+ 2 ° C).
- Do not handle refrigerated food in hot rooms!
- Use tight closing caps to avoid spillage in the box.
- Avoid stacking of boxes directly in the sun or in
for hot rooms.
- Clean after transport. Wash, rinse and wipe off.
- Do not use high pressure wash or machine wash!
- Cleaning should be done with food-adapted detergents.
THERMOBOX® C and CRK
- The food must be cooled to the correct temperature before loading.
- Refrigerate with separate unit.
- Load the box with food in a cold room (+ 2 ° C).
- Do not handle refrigerated food in hot rooms!
- Use tight closing caps to avoid spillage in the box.
- Avoid stacking of boxes directly in the sun or in
for hot rooms.
- The box is connected to 230 V AC power, grounded outlet. Insulation class IP44.
- Power 245 W, current 1.1 A.
- Clean after transport. The box should not be plugged in during cleaning! Wash, rinse and wipe off.

Handling hot food
THERMOBOX® E
- Storing ready-made food must not be less than + 60 ° C. (SLVFS 1996, 19 §)
- The heat of food should not exceed 2 hours. (see the Swedish Food Safety Authority's guidance)
- The food must maintain the correct temperature before and during loading.
- Minimize hot food handling at room temperature.
- Use tight closing caps to avoid spillage in the box.
- The box must be connected until transport has to take place.
- Connect the box immediately after transport.
- Clean after transport. The box should not be plugged in during cleaning!
- Wash, rinse and wipe off.
- Do not use high pressure wash or machine dry.
- Cleaning should be done with a food-grade detergent
