Set: Bain-marie + 3x GN 1/3 with lid gradually heats the contents of the GN container or keeps it at a controlled, constant temperature without burning or boiling. The rounded corners of this bain-marie water container make cleaning much easier. It is an ideal and reliable addition to busy kitchens or self-service buffets.Advantages:
