Processing machine 707 is a meat processor and shredder suitable for shop and restaurant.

The processing machine is used to tenderize beef, e.g. "minute steak" and to shred.

The preparation machine is easy to use and very efficient. The standard knives are designed so that the meat juice is not squeezed out of the meat, which thus retains its original weight.


Cassette system
The knife rollers are located in a cassette, which facilitates cleaning. The knife package can be stored in cold rooms when the machine is not in use. The cassette system is also an effective protection for the edges of the knives. Robust and durable.
With the shredding tools, you shred steak, chicken, pork, for example for stroganoff and wok dishes.

Easily interchangeable shredding additives with 4.0 mm and 8.0 mm between the knives.
