The 500 variable speed hand blender with 500 mm blender shaft is a versatile and powerful kitchen tool for all professional chefs, offering smooth and convenient operation. Mixing shaft included in the set: made of stainless steel AISI304, with 500 mm length.

The drive unit housing is made of durable black polyamide reinforced with fiberglass.
Removable blade in 18/8 stainless steel.
Included in the set: a small kit to disassemble the blade.
Variable speed infinitely adjustable with a knob: from 4000 to 16000 rpm.
Ventilated motor.
Safety button prevents accidental activation of the appliance.
The lock button allows continuous operation without pressing the button.
