With 1 fan, non-reversible.Indirect steam injection, controlled by a pressure pump, spraying water into the chamber.
Equipped with timer.
Casing and chamber made of 18/8 stainless steel.
The glass door is cool to the touch thanks to 2 layers of glass with gravity ventilation in between, hinged at the bottom.
Fits 4 trays 429x345 mm, included in the set, made of aluminum.
The temperature can be set from 100°C to 260°C.
Equipped with overheating protection.
The tray supports are placed at 74 mm intervals.
