Side panels, bottom, and rear made of stainless steel. Work surface made of AISI 304 stainless steel (20/10 thickness). Exhaust flue made of enameled cast iron. Deep-drawn stainless steel AISI 316 basin, size GN 2/3, volume 26 liters. Water is filled via a faucet on the control panel. Heating is provided by fixed heating elements located beneath the bottom of the basin. An indicator light on the control panel shows when the heating elements are activated.
