Side panels, bottom, and back made of stainless steel. Work surface made of AISI 304 stainless steel (20/10 thickness). Chimney made of enameled cast iron. Deep-drawn cooking pots made of AISI 316 stainless steel (size GN 2/3), each with a capacity of 26 liters. Water is filled via a faucet on the control panel. Heating is provided by fixed heating elements located beneath the bottom of the cooking pans. An indicator light on the control panel shows when the heating elements are activated.
