This electric pasta cooker from Mastro's 650 LINE cooking range is made entirely of high-quality stainless steel and has a gross capacity of 40 liters. Thevat is resistant to wear and salt corrosion and has a starch spill.
The pasta cooker is electrically heated by reinforced stainless steel elements with a safety thermostat in the vat. Thetemperature can be easily set with the sturdy 4-position knob and the heating elements are shielded by a double perforated bottom so that there is no direct contact with the baskets.
In addition, the unit is equipped with a front-operated filling valve for easy filling. The unit also has a drain tap with a safety lock for easy emptying and cleaning, while the lock ensures that the bowl cannot be accidentally emptied.
