This electric pasta cooker from Mastro's 650 LINE cooking line is made entirely of high-quality stainless steel and has a gross capacity of 20 liters. Thetub is resistant to wear and tear and salt corrosion and has a starch spill.

The pasta cooker is electrically heated using reinforced stainless steel elements with a safety thermostat in the tub. Thetemperature can be easily set with the sturdy 4-position knob and the heating elements are shielded by a double perforated bottom so that there is no direct contact with the baskets.

In addition, the unit is equipped with a front-operated filling valve for easy filling. The unit also has a drain tap with a safety lock for easy emptying and cleaning, while the lock ensures that the bowl cannot be accidentally emptied.

Baskets are not included.
