This tabletop gas hob from Mastro's 650 LINE cooking line has a high-quality stainless steel casing and a mild steel hob with high thermal conductivity for optimal heating.The center ring is removable and heating is done via a cast iron gas burner in the center of the combustion chamber (under the hob). The burner is operated by a solid rotary knob.
