This electric bain-marie from Mastro's 650 LINE cooking line is completely made of high-quality stainless steel and has a capacity of 2/1 GN with a maximum GN container height of 150 mm.
The bain-mariehas a temperature range of 30°C/90°C, which is easy to set with the solid rotary knob and the on/off button. Heating is done by reinforced stainless steel elements with safety thermostat.
Furthermore, the unit is equipped with a perforated bottom grid and drain tap with safety lock. This allows for easy emptying and cleaning, while the lock ensures that the tub cannot be accidentally emptied. Canteens not included!
In addition, the bain-marie can be combined with the corresponding base from the Mastro 650 LINE cooking series.
