This electric bain-marie from Mastro's 650 LINE cooking range is entirely made of high-quality stainless steel and has a 1/1 GN capacity with a maximum GN container height of 150 mm.

The bain-mariehas a temperature range of 30°C/90°C, which is easy to set with the solid rotary knob and the on/off switch.Heating is done by armored stainless steel elements directly under the cockpit with safety thermostat and on/off switch.

Furthermore, the unit is equipped with a perforated bottom grid and drain tap with safety lock. This allows for easy emptying and cleaning, while the lock ensures that the tub cannot be accidentally emptied. Canteens are not included.

In addition, the bain-marie can be combined with the corresponding base from the Mastro 650 LINE cooking series.
