This electric tabletop grill/skillet from Mastro's 650 LINE cooking line has a stainless steel housing and a smooth back surface, also in stainless steel. The unit has a temperature range of 120°C/320°C with thermostatic temperature control using the sturdy rotary knob. Heating is done by stainless steel elements directly under the back surface.
The cooking surface has a very even heat distribution over the entire surface and is equipped with a collecting gutter at the front. The grill is also equipped with a safety thermostat.
