This electric pasta cooker from Mastro's 600 LINE cooking line is entirely made of high-quality stainless steel and has a gross capacity of 14 liters. Thevat is resistant to wear and tear and salt corrosion and has a starch spill.

The pasta cooker is electrically heated using reinforced stainless steel elements with a safety thermostat in the vat. Thetemperature can be easily set with the sturdy 4-position knob and the heating elements are shielded by a double perforated bottom so there is no direct contact with the baskets.

Furthermore, the unit is equipped with a drain cock with safety lock. This allows for easy emptying and cleaning, while the lock ensures that the tub cannot be accidentally emptied.
