The oven table-support its made of AISI 304 18/10stainless Steel, it is delivered assembled by welding its entire structure, what directly affects its stability and load resistance (more tan 200kg) providing greater safety, performance and durability.Its structure counts with two gastronorm 1/1 guide bodies, with six heights each also compatible with 2/3 trays. This system allows you to store trays or buckets close at hand when handling the oven. The closed sides make the material less exposed to dirt.
As an important characteristic, this table incorporate 4 wheels as factory design, what allows you to move the oven with no effort so it facilitates cleaning labours at the establishment. Front wheels incorporate brakes to prevent its movement in unwanted moments. . Wheels made of galvanized steel and rubber tread.
