New trolley designed for emptying and recycling of trays, plates and cutlery and for preparation for washing up. Separate collection of leftovers and waste and recycling of food liquids.Clearing capacity for 70 trays. Fully welded stainless steel structure, HPL panels that guarantee high resistance to external agents and maximum cleanliness.
It is equipped with 2 steel wire bag holders with elastic straps, capacity 2/4 garbage bags, opening door to facilitate the extraction of full garbage bags and a stainless steel shelf to support the bags. Stainless steel tray support shelf, smooth and easy to clean surface. Drip tray removable and washable. 4 L-shaped supports for 50x50 trays. Ideal for dividing dishes and preparing them dish. HPL panels on 3 sides.
4 swivel castors in non-marking technopolymer, 2 with brake, as standard. Castors are NSF certified (required for food safety and healthcare related sectors)
