Heated buffet with laminated wood structure and rear mirror to increase visual depth and provide the unit with a larger top shelf. Capacity modules: 3-4-5 GN 1/1.Fixed Plexiglas® sneeze guard.
To avoid fogging of the lower part of the mirror in BM version, we recommend the use of lids on the GN pans.
Model with dry glass worktop and halogen lamps (HALO) for a dry
overheating.
Two polyamide wheels with brakes as standard.
The doors in the picture are optional (no.4) Canteens are not included.
