Buffet trolley - Omnia with airflow
In the case of the OMNIA line, the modules are fully customizable.Blast chilled buffet with evaporator, stainless steel structure available with standard wood panel or overlay (SPP), stainless steel panel (SST) or powder coated panel (CST).
Equipped with adjustable feet that can be masked by a skirting board.
The well is equipped with valves that create an air blade that improves cooling efficiency and optimizes consumption.
To achieve maximum cooling performance, the well should be fully enclosed by the G6 booth with door,
center glass shelf and LED lighting.
Bottom panels adjustable in height to allow the insertion of GN canteens (not included) max 100 mm high.
The bottom panels are fully removable to simplify cleaning and maintenance; they can also have different degrees of inclination to better display food.
Each module can be configured with different types of lighting, sneeze guards, tray holders, castors and many other options.
Wood panel is available in 21 different colors. RAL colors of powder coated steel.SST stainless steel.
