• Half refrigerated-half heated buffet trolley with laminated wood structure
• Upper fixed sneeze guard in plexiglass.
• Foldable tray holders front/rear included.
• AISI 304 stainless steel wells, 18 cm deep
• Equipped with two separate drain taps.
• Static cooling of the well with R290 gas and equipped with an s/steel mesh
• Temperature controlled by digital thermostat.
• Bain marie heated side regulated by a mechanical thermostat (+30°/+90°C) with indicator light.
• Lighting with LED strip.
• Two castors with brake included.
• Equipped with power cable with industrial plug.
