Historical range of buffet trolleys, slightly revised in design and presented today under a new
name, formerly EROS, has not lost the features that have made it a real bestseller of the entire product range.

• Capacity 3-4-5-6 GN 1/1
• Heated buffet with laminated wood structure and chromed details.
• Fix Plexyglas® sneeze guard and wooden tray holders front and back included.
• Stainless steel well, 18 cm. deep equipped with drain tap.
• Bain marie heating with heating elements placed under the well
• Temperature controlled by mechanical thermostat (+30°/+90°C) with indicator light.
• Upper dry heating by means of infrared lamps, with independent switch
  on (BM/INFRA) If white (WH-bulbs) infrared lamp is desired, write it in the message field at checkout
• Wheels Ø125 mm, 2 with brake included.
• Buffet trolley equipped with an industrial plug.
