Heated buffet with laminated wood structure and chrome details.
Capacity 3-4-5-6 GN 1/1. Fix Plexyglas® sneeze guard and wooden dish holder front and back
included. Stainless steel well, 18 cm. deep, equipped with drain tap.
Bain marie heating with heating elements placed under the well, temperature
controlled by mechanical thermostat (+30°/+90°C) with indicator light.
Upper LED lighting or dry heating by means of infrared lamps, with independent switch on (BM/INFRA). Wheels Ø125 mm, 2 with brake included.
Buffet trolley equipped with an industrial plug.
