BAIN-MARIE WITH HALOGEN LIGHTSHeated bain-marie with laminated wood structure and halogen lights with independent lighting switch. Upper fixed sneeze guard.
Capacity 3-4-5-6 GN 1/1 (GN canteens not included).
Well in AISI 304 stainless steel, 26 cm. deep, equipped with drain tap. Bain marie heating with heating elements placed under the well, temperature controlled by digital thermostat.
The buffet is equipped with industrial plug. Two castors with brake Ø 75 mm included.
