Buffet trolley
Bain Marie with laminated wood structure.Capacity 3-4-5-6 GN 1/1 (GN canteens not included).
Top with fixed Plexiglas sneeze guard and LED lighting. Well in AISI 304 stainless steel, 26 cm. deep, equipped with drain tap. Bain marie heating with heating elements placed under the well, temperature controlled by digital thermostat.
The buffet is equipped with industrial plug. Two castors with brake Ø 75 mm are included.
